Multitop

Pandser Multitop is used as a waterproof, vapour-open layer on the cold side (usually the outside) of roof and facade structures in new buildings and renovations.

Pandser Multitop is a three-layer waterproof (W1) vapor permeable membrane. Composed of two layers of Polypropylene with the functional microporous film in between.

Characteristics of Pandser Multitop

Applicable in roof and facade
Can be applied to hard and soft surfaces
Complies with European standard EN 13859-1 & EN 13859-2

Processing

Shingle style overlap application, overlap of least 150 millimeters
For roof pitches < 22° apply an overlap of 200 millimeters
Fasten with stainless steel staples (minimum 8 millimeters)
Seal overlaps with Pandser Multitop
Apply Pandser nail sealing tape under the battens.
Printed side readable from the outside
Place counter battens over the staples
