A lead substitute that is perfect for quick and easy sealing.

Pandser Waproseal lead substitute can be used as water barrier on facades for connection of facade to flat roof, making counters, at lower sills and as a substitute for lead. Pandser Waproseal is a highly flexible lead substitute made of EPDM, reinforced with expanded aluminium metal.

Up to 60% faster processing
Up to 55% elongation in the length of the roll
Up to 10% elongation in the width of the roll
No lead beater required
Additional butyl stripes for fast adhesion
Fully self-adhesive

Processing

Cut to size
Remove protective foil from underside
Apply in correct position
Press by hand or roller
Overlap 100 millimetres
