Spraybond XF

for waterproofing and as vapor barrier

One-sided spray adhesive for full-surface bonding (see TDS and general processing instructions).

Pandser Spraybond XF is a sprayable contact adhesive for bonding Pandser EPDM to many substrates and insulating materials with very fast application.

Properties of Pandser Spraybond XF

  • Mostly single-sided applicability
  • Very short waiting time of about 2 minutes
  • Slight corrections possible
  • Long open time (max. 4 hours - residual tack 24-48 hours)
  • Applicable to insulation materials (such asPIR, PU, XPS and EPS)
  • Can also be used with vapor films, such as Pandser Top

Processing

  • Shake well before use
  • Apply to substrate
  • Wait approx. 2 min.
  • Apply EPDM
  • Press EPDM well with roller or soft broom
